ديوانه چه ميداني؟
در شعله نرقصيدي،
پروانه چه ميداني؟
لبريز مي غمها،
شد ساغر جان من
خنديدي و بگذشتي،
پيمانه چه ميداني؟
يك سلسله ديوانه،
افسون نگاه او
اي غافل از آن جادو،
افسانه چه ميداني؟
من مست مي عشقم،
بس توبه كه بشكستم
راهم مزن اي عابد،
ميخانه چه ميداني؟
تا چند فریب خلق
با نام مسلمانی
سر بر سر سجاده،‌
می خوردن پنهانی
عاشق شو و مستي كن،
ترك همه هستي كن
اي بت نپرستيده،
بتخانه چه ميداني؟
تو سنگ سيه بوسي،
من چشم سياهي را
مقصود يكي باشد،
بيگانه چه ميداني؟
دستار گروگان ده،
در پاي بتي جان ده
اما تو ز جان غافل،
جانانه چه ميداني؟
ضايع چه كني شب را،
لب ذاكر و دل غافل
تو ره به خدا بردن،
مستانه چه ميداني؟
روزی که فرو ریزیم
بنیاد تعصب را
دیگر نه تو می مانی
نه ظلم و پریشانی
